Want Fast Results? Brazil Butt Lift

Back in December I decided to take a break from extreme workouts such as P90X and Insanity and try something different.  I thoguht it would be an easy workout, but it was pretty challenging and definitely did what it promises.  After 4 weeks of working the bum bum (pronounced boom boom,and Brazilian for booty), tucking the tummy, sculpting the body I’m quite pleased with the results that I got.

I know my results would have been a lot better if I didn’t start Brazil Butt Lift during the holiday season. I’ll admit that I indulged in some holiday goodies.  The next time I do Brazil Butt Lift, I will behave.

Here were my measurements on Day 1/Week 1:

Waist 28.5″
Hips 36″
Thigh 20.5″ each

 

 

 

And here are my measurements on Day 6/Week 4:

Waist 26.5″
Hips 35″
Thigh 19.5″ each

I lost a total of 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips and 1 inch off each thigh.

Even though my nutrition wasn’t the best, it wasn’t the worst either, so that helped. Shakeology played a big part in me not totally blowing it with my nutrition.

I made sure I pushed play every day I was scheduled to workout, even Christmas Day. If you want results you need to commit yourself to sticking with a plan. And a structured plan works the best. Trust me I know.

UPDATE:

I’ve gotten a few concerns from women of color. They want to make sure they won’t lose their booty, so here is a recent picture of me taken in November 2011, while doing another round of  Brazil Butt Lift. Notice, my booty looks far from flat :)

  1. Thanks for this, Jessica! I had been considering this w/o b/c when I lost 35 pounds my butt kinda, well, “dropped”. Even though I run, bike, (along with Chalean and P90X), I still think it could be brought up a bit higher!! LOL

    I am headed on vacation in a few weeks, basically in shape (partial p90x), thin… My problem area is the bottom of my butt, where it hits the thigh- kinda flat and indented…. Is the brazil butt lift system going to help fill in that area as well? I don’t want to loose what butt I do have : )

      Yes Kathleen, this will help make your rear look more perky. It will add muscle to your booty and tone your legs. The tones legs will help lift the booty giving you a nice round butt as well as flatter abs and lean muscle all over :)

    I am a bit concerned with this program,after watching the infomercial it seems that most of these women completely lost their cheeks….Yes I want my butt toned, but as a black woman I want my butt round, protruding and curved underneath…not high and gone

      You have nothing to worry about. As a Latin woman, I have used BBL twice and my booty looks rounder, more firm and better. Not flat at all. Booties are hereditary and unless you lose too much weight by getting very sick, you will not lose it at all, but BBL makes it better :) There are a lot of women, especially white women who feel that a small butt is better. But most men will tell them that a nice firm, round butt is sexier!

    Hi. I just received. my Brazil butt lift in the mail and I am also afraid that it is going to do away with the backside I have. I really like my bottom now, but I really want to tone and lift, and shrink my mid section. Being a black female, I just got this backside, now I’m afraid I’m going to loose. #scaredofthebrazilbuttlift

      You will not lose your booty! It will get rounder, firmer and look better! Trust me! I haven’t lost mine at all! I will post a recent picture to prove it :)

    I wpsaw a commercial for Brazilian Butt Lift and was wondering about it. I have a strip of fat around my stomach (back included) yet I wear a size 1 in pants. I think my butt is pretty perky (lol) but I’m scared that working out by doing something as intense as p90x will shrink it. Is Brazilian Butt Lift the program for me? I want a longer, leaner body. Much firmer stomach without losing my butt. Also, I saw some of the pics of people who did p90x and I really don’t want to be muscular looking, especially not in the arms! Help!!!

      Hi Veronica! I loved BBL! It will give you the long, lean look that you want and will help your booty stay perky. It will also make your waistline a lot leaner too!

      You will not lose your booty! Look at my last picture I posted in the article above. My booty is still there!

    Hi Jessica, I am also a black sista with concerns about reduction of hip fat. I have wide hips 40in to be exact, will the program reduce hip size while toning the butt?

      Hi Alicia! YES! Your hips size should go down (if its fat and not just how your pelvis is structured) and YES your butt will look nice and round and toned! But you will still have those feminine curves too!

          Hi Alicia, I think they are all good and should be used as the system. You can’t order the dvds separately, they come as a set. You will be surprised at how this will really work those legs and booty! My favorite ones are Bum Bum and Sculpt.

    I actually just finished my last day of week 4 today! did you go on to the do another month? I definitely feel thinner and tighter, but i didnt really lose much on the scale perse, did you?

      Don’t go by the scale. If your clothes fit better go by that. I would go ahead and do another month and really stick to the nutrition guide and see what results you get doing that :)

    Amazing progress.=).Will BBL do anything for my arms,I have very flabby triceps.But being pear-shaped,the concentrated weight is on the hips and thighs(Athletic built),*sigh*.Also,P90X,can I do that too?I am quite an ardent work-out-aholic.=D

      Yes, BBL will also help with your upper body because you will be doing the Sculpt workout dvd that is part of the program. You will also get a nutrition plan. Nutrition is 70% of the equation on getting lean :) You can start with BBL and then add P90X on later!

      Yes, you will lose weight too! But you need to follow the nutrition guide that comes with Brazil Butt Lift and make sure you do the workouts when scheduled. I have always had skinny calves so I don’t think they size changed, but the did look better :)

      Hi Amanda! I did use the nutrition plan that came with BBL. A lot of the recipes were very easy to make and delicious.

    I’m a black female in the army. I carry major weight in the midsection, majority butt and thighs that seem as though they have always rubbed together. If I do BBL will I be able to tone and slim butt and thighs? Ultimately get that space between my thighs so that they don’t rub together.

      Hi Candy! Yes, if you follow proper nutrition (use the Brazil Butt Lift Nutrition Guide too) you will tone and reshape every where :)

    i am an african american women im 5″3 and about 175-179. i have a big butt i will like to tone but my biggest consern is my stomach. is the brazilian butt lift for me.

      Hi Quailla! Brazil Butt Lift is a great workout that will help you tone and lift your booty as well as flatten your tummy. You won’t lose your butt, but it will become higher & tighter. There are a few different workout schedules you can follow for BBL. Each one is meant to help certain issues. The Classic schedule is for those people who don’t fall into the too flat or too big category. Beachbody has a great return policy, so if you order it you can always return it for a full refund if you;re not satisfied.

    Hi! So I’m underweight (5’4″ and 103 lbs) but I have my nutrition down to a science. I know i need to eat more to gain weight. My issue is that I have belly fat. I’m lookin to reduce my belly fat but get bigger booty! I started the Lift & Shape schedule for BBL… will this help me reach my goals?

      The lift & shape will help. Make sure you are really eating clean too. That will help get rid of the belly fat. Also drink lots of water. Are you sure its belly fat and not excess skin?

      Thank you Michelle! the schedules for BBL are meant to go along with what type of booty you have. I did the classic routine, but there are routines for pear shaped and flat booty too.     Hi Jessica,

    Im on my 4th week 1st day of BBL and i havent lost an inch :( I feel stronger and the workouts are tough to say the least; especially Bum Bum and Tummy Tuck! Should continue and hope for the best? Im eating clean but I cheat sometimes…ok a lot and the cheating is mostly at night. Im thinking of cutting carbs out completely and not giving up on BBL? any thoughts

      Hi Malka, Nutrition is a huge part in changing your body. I suggest following the BBL nutrition guide and stop cheating at night. Most of the time we cheat at night because we’re not taking in enough calories during the day and we might also be bored. Cutting out the wrong carbs is better than cutting out all carbs. Stick to whole grains like brown rice & quinoa, but cut out things like sugar. Don’t give up!!!     I have questions reg BBL. i just started but am new to fitness and tryig to learn and lose weight

    I am doing the too big, then will do classic, then thats it? Or must do it always to keep the butt? Or thats just illusion of must always doing it? Not sure really

    And plz another q, is it true that lifting weights will have bad effects if i stop it later? :(

    And am trying to do other workout (i have turbo jam and did it for one month) but i feel v tired, bbl will help also lose weight in body overall or it is more focused on butt? It is not easy or for begginners like TJ or that what i see, and i get tired and swaet, but i feel it more like dancing? I dont know much about fitness yet but I need to learn from u plz

      Next, you can do the different BBL schedules once you complete one, or you can try another workout too…it’s up to you!

      Lifting weights is one of the best ways to increase your metabolism and burn fat! So don’t fear using weights!!!

      BBL will help you lose weight all over as well as tone all over too. You will struggle a little in the beginning. So what you can and keep pushing play the next day :) You will keep getting better!!

    I’m on my 19th week of Turbo Fire yess! I luv it! I’ve got rid off 37lbs :) that I’m happy about but my botty is dissapearing. I have BBL & just ordered Chalene Extreme. Please help me, what program should I do next & for how long? Ps. My goal is to

      Hi Cyn! Wow! That;s awesome!!! Good on you! Okay since you just did Turbo Fire & just ordered Chaleane Extreme I suggest doing CLX. Muscle burns fat and will help you lose weight and get really toned. I loved the results of CLX so much I;m doing it again now (just started this week). After you;re done with CLX, you can do a CLX/TF hybrid. Or you can try BBL again.

    I’m 22 and weigh 104. But, I’m skinny fat
    I’m 5’1 and my thighs are 19′.

    I was wondering in your view if i should start out with Pear Shape or Classic Plan for faster results.?

    im worried because i already have a ‘lift’ being black – i dont want it to get any higher!!!!!!

      Hi Veronica! Brazil Butt Lift will take a butt that’s too big and lean it out. When in doubt I always suggest people go with the Classic schedule :)

    Hello. I am still skeptical. I notice that there aren’t as many progress photos as there should be in everyone’s testimony of the bbl. One girl with the striped bikini looked as though she lost her butt! I am serious. You look like you still have yours but all the pictures people present with their new, “butt,” are fully clothed. This could hide enhancing clothes. Also many woman are arching their backs and performing other camera tricks. I want real proof with real pictures. Can you provide them??

      Hey Nikki! I know Brazil Butt Lift totally works if you follow it and follow the nutrition guide. My hubby would kill me if I posted pictures of my own booty with our too much on. I will get some photos of my clients up soon though!
